Gabrielle Binnie

Policy and Research Manager at AGCAS

Winning Poster Topic: Learning Agility in Early Careers: the development and initial validation of a learning agility scale for university students and graduates

Following on from the New Frontiers Seminar, it was with great pleasure that Nicholas Bennett (TPF Committee), on behalf of the judging panel, announced the winner of TPF’s Excellence in Psychometrics Award for 2020.  Many congratulations to GABRIELLE BINNIE, who completed her MSc in Occupational Psychology with a distinction in 2020, now working as Policy and Research Manager at AGCAS.

The aims of the Excellence in Psychometrics Award are to recognise and celebrate excellence in the enhancement of knowledge and applied skills in the field of Psychometrics.  The judges, Dr Hugh McCredie, Nicholas Bennett and Adrian Starkey, all agreed Gabrielle was a well deserved winner.  Gabrielle provided us with a short summary of her poster entry: ‘Learning Agility in Early Careers: The development and initial validation of a learning agility scale for university students and graduates’.  This was followed by a question and answer session.  A review and further information about Gabrielle’s entry will be available in our next edition of Psyche.
