CHAIR
Tameron Chappell: is a Chartered Psychologist, HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the BPS, who specialises in team dynamics, senior leadership team and Board development, virtual teams and networks. Interested in diversity in its broadest interpretation in terms of personality and culture as well as gender and ethnicity and has worked as a coach, mentor and facilitator across a wide range of organisations and sectors. Currently working at Harvey Nash in their Executive Search team using psychometrics to support selection and development of senior executives and Boards, Tameron had been attending events for many years before she was co-opted onto the committee in 2014 to help establish a training offering for the members. To avoid any potential conflict of interest she left the committee for 12 months when she worked for a test publisher, but after a change of employer has returned to the committee and has taken over the role of Editor of Psyche.
TREASURER
Aida Mujan: CPsychol., is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council. She is also working as a BPS Assessor and Supervisor of Stage 2 Qualification in Occupational Psychology. Aida has been a member of the Psychometrics Forum for over 6 years. Aida is founder of Esteem Consulting and has worked in business management for over a decade; utilising her academic study of occupational psychology to enhance staff performance and workplace organisation.

Lynne Hindmarch: Independent Business Psychologist who has been attending TPF events for over twelve years, and on the committee for the last four. Her work includes executive coaching, both individual and team (she is accredited by APECS), coaching supervision, career counselling and assessment for selection. She contributes regularly to Psyche.
Nicholas Bennett: is a Chartered Psychologist, HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Chartered Scientist, Chartered Scientist, Fellow of the Association for Business Psychology. Interested in talent management and personal counselling, senior executive coaching, team development and organizational performance development, reward and recognition management including Non-Executive Directors. Previous work as an expert witness in the High Court, plus major profit centre experience as Head of a major US Consultancy for fourteen years.
Pavlos Stampoulidis: CPsychol. TPF Blog Manager. Pavlos is a Chartered Psychologist with a strong research and statistical background. Currently Psychometric Solutions Director at Psycholate, he is involved in the design and development of software platforms and web-based applications for psychometric testing. Based in Athens, Pavlos is a regular traveller to the UK for business and to attend TPF Events.
Alexandru Popa- Antohi: Independent Leadership Development Specialist and Executive Coach with 11+ years of international business and organisational experience across Europe and the US. Alexandru is an Accredited Executive Coach with APECS, Level A & B qualified with BPS, accredited in using various psychometric assessments like Hogan Assessments, EQ-i 2.0 and NEO / Primary Colours of Leadership. Over the years, he has delivered high-impact work including the design and roll-out of global leadership development programmes, talent management and high potential programmes, coaching culture strategy, learning academies and technology. Alexandru sits on the Board of the Association of Professional Coaching and Supervision (APECS) and he is a core member of the Future of Coaching Collaboration (FCC).
Matthew Whitfield is a business psychologist who has worked across a range of different industries both in a coaching and a recruitment perspective. Matthew gained an Msc at Kingston Business School and became qualified in a number of recruitment level psychometrics and has since published in the area of Stress and Performance at work. Following on from then he has worked for companies such as The Stress Management Society and AirPlus International working in research, customer success and L&D. Since then, he has worked in executive search recruitment conducting psychometric assessments for both recruitment and development for senior to c suite leaders as well as designing and running assessment/development centers for all levels of the business.
In addition to this, Matthew has guest lectured at the University of West London on topics such as Psychometric Assessments, Psychology in Practice, Wellbeing at work and Recruitment Practices for a number of years.
THE PSYCHOMETRICS FORUM ADMINISTRATOR
Caro Leitzell: is the Administrator for the Forum. She has been successfully working in this role for many years alongside the Committee and Treasurer. Her main tasks include : – general maintenance of the members and non-members databases; management of membership subscriptions; coordination of events: from sending out e-mail invitations, collecting any manual bookings and payments to issuing post-meeting documentation – presentation slides and CPD certificates and gathering event feedback. Caro also provides the Committee with any administrative support required – taking general enquiries from members and non members – issuing Newsletters and any Mailshots to members throughout the year.
